All products sold by Triple8ight are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory and research purposes. They are not medicines, cosmetics, food, or supplements, and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption. By ordering, you confirm you are at least 21 years old and a qualified researcher.

An order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we issue an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order that appears fraudulent, in breach of these Terms, or restricted by UAE or destination-country law.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and are exclusive of UAE VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT, duties, and import taxes for international orders are the customer's responsibility.

Payment is processed by PCI-DSS certified gateways over encrypted TLS connections. Accepted methods include major credit and debit cards, bank transfer, and selected digital payment methods. We do not store full card numbers. Fraud-prevention checks may delay dispatch.

Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier's first destination hub.

Return and refund conditions are set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

All content on this site — including logos, product names, photography, copy, code, and the Triple8ight brand — is owned by Triple8ight Peptides or its licensors and is protected under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyright and applicable international treaties. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape data, introduce malware, or use our products for any unlawful purpose. Violations may be reported to UAE authorities.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Triple8ight Peptides shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising from any order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or any liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

You agree to indemnify Triple8ight against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our products, including any use inconsistent with the research-use-only restriction.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, customs holds, carrier disruption, or cyber incidents.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
