Shipping Policy

Orders received before 14:00 GST (Gulf Standard Time) on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

• Dubai: same-day or next-day courier.
• Other Emirates: 1–3 business days.
• Standard domestic shipping is free on orders over AED 500.

• GCC countries: 2–5 business days via DHL / Aramex Express.
• Europe, UK, North America: 3–7 business days.
• Rest of world: 5–14 business days depending on customs.

All peptides are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs when required to preserve stability. For destinations with long transit times we upgrade insulation at no additional cost.

Fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level. All fees are exclusive of duties and import taxes.

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Triple8ight is not liable for shipments refused or destroyed by customs authorities.

We do not ship to jurisdictions where the import of research peptides is prohibited. You are responsible for verifying that the products you order may lawfully be received at your address.

A tracking number is emailed at dispatch. Risk transfers to the customer upon handover to the courier. If a shipment appears stuck for more than five (5) business days beyond the estimate, contact support@triple8ight-peptides.com and we will open a courier investigation.

Damaged or lost parcels must be reported within seven (7) days of the expected delivery date, with photographs of the outer packaging and the products. Verified losses are replaced or refunded at our option.
