Return & Refund Policy

• The product is damaged, incorrect, or defective on arrival.
• The certificate of analysis materially differs from the product specification.
• The parcel was not delivered within a reasonable timeframe due to our error.

For safety and integrity reasons we cannot accept returns of peptides that have been opened, reconstituted, exposed to unsuitable temperatures after delivery, or held by the customer for more than seven (7) days.

Email support@triple8ight-peptides.com within seven (7) days of delivery with your order number, photographs of the item and outer packaging, and a short description of the issue. We will confirm eligibility within two (2) business days.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned item or, for damaged goods, within fourteen (14) days of approval. Original shipping fees are refunded only where the return is due to our error.

Where stock permits, we prefer to replace defective items at no cost, including expedited shipping.

Orders may be cancelled at no cost before dispatch. Once handed to the courier, the return and refund conditions above apply.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — the vast majority of issues are resolved within one business day. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to UAE authorities.
